1) Login to personal account, find “My order”, you can track your order here.

How do I change items in my order?
You cannot change the items in your order. If you have already paid, please send an email to email@example.com to cancel the order for a refund. You can then place a new order.
How do I cancel the order?
1) You can cancel you unpaid order under “My order” after login to your personal account.
2) You can’t cancel the shipped order. Please contact the customer support to apply for return. Customer support: firstname.lastname@example.org
