Shipping Cost

1)       International shipping: US$30 for most countries and regions. Due to different countries/regions may have different import tax/policy, you may need to interact with the custom and pay the tax if needed.

2)       Domestic shipping in China: please refer to policy of NextVPU Chinese website.

Note:

1)       Shipping rates may vary depending on promotions in effect or changes in rates charged by shipping companies.

2)       If you have ordered multiple products, we will ship them together instead of individually. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, place separate orders.

Delivery Time

1)       Inventory product will be arranged the shipment within 72 hours, accordant with the paid orders’ sequence.

2)       Pre-order product will start the shipping from the scheduled shipping date. All shipping should be arranged within 7 days, accordance with the orders’ sequence.

Order Tracking

You can get the tracking numbers of shipped order via your personal account, and track your package via official website.

Order Confirmation

1)       Upon delivery, please inspect the item to be sure it's the correct model, in operable condition, and not damaged. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.

2)       Please make sure you contact us within 3 days, for any problem happened during the receiving process.

3)       We consider the box and product are delivered correctly and successfully, if you sign for receiving it.

What do I do if items were damaged or missing upon delivery?

Damaged in delivery:

1)       If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier.

2)       Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: 

All missing items claims must be reported within three business days of delivery. We highly recommend you view unboxing videos for each product. Contact us to report a missing or damaged item from shipment.
